Processing Time

Orders are dispatched within 2–4 working days (excluding weekends and holidays).
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
UK Orders

International Orders

Customs & Import Fees

International customers may be charged customs fees, import duties, or local taxes by their country when the parcel arrives.

These charges are set by your local government and are the responsibility of the customer. They are not included in our product or shipping prices.

Unfortunately, we can’t control customs delays, but we’ll always help where we can.
Lost or Delayed Orders

Returns

We hope you absolutely love your scarf — but if something isn’t quite right, we understand.

You may return your item within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

    Item must be unused

    In original condition

    In original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Because of hygiene considerations, we cannot accept returns on scarves that have been worn.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we’ll sort it out as quickly as possible.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
